1. High Torque Output (4-6 Nm): Designed for demanding applications, the actuator delivers 4-6 Nm of torque, enabling reliable damper movement even in high-static-pressure environments (up to 1,000 Pa). This ensures consistent airflow regulation across diverse duct configurations.

2. 24V AC/DC Dual Voltage Compatibility: With a wide operating voltage range of 20-30V AC/DC, the actuator supports flexible integration into both residential (24V AC) and automotive (12V DC converted) systems, reducing installation complexity.

3. 90° Rotation Range (±5° Accuracy): The unit provides a precise 90-degree rotational sweep with ≤5° deviation, allowing for optimal damper positioning. This is achieved through a 3-phase stepper motor with 512 steps/revolution resolution.

4. IP54 Rated Enclosure: Featuring an IP54-rated aluminum housing, the actuator resists dust ingress and water splashes, making it suitable for engine compartment installations where ambient temperatures range from -30°C to +70°C.

5. Modbus RTU Communication Protocol: Equipped with RS-485 interface (19.2 kbps baud rate), the actuator supports daisy-chaining of up to 32 units on a single BUS, enabling centralized control in zoned HVAC systems with ≤10ms response time.

6. Low Noise Operation (<35 dB): The helical gear mechanism reduces operational noise to 35 dB(A) at 1m distance, meeting automotive NVH standards while consuming only 2.8W (3VA) during active modulation.
